Change your outgoing server to "relais.videotron.net" (instead of .ca).
This may be a temporary fix. They told me that they are trying to find out
why the other server does not work.

Actually, I have never been able to write to
freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG ever. It has something to do with
Videotron, as you can see, I am a cable subscriber with Videotron, as
well.
