I'm thinking of buying a laptop before I go off to college and was wondering which laptops have good FreeBSD support. I'm going to require PCMCIA ethernet/modem support and X support at least. Also, what functions (APM, etc.?) does FreeBSD support/not support compared to other unix's such as Linux?
