In my test setup with a Cisco and i4b's sppp LCP echos are happily exchanged
and after a while the connection drops as it should be.

It is my understanding that this is not a bug but a matter of configuring
the Cisco.

Anyway, in i4b still all packets reset the idle timer whereas this must
be changed to a behaviour that only IP packets reset the idle timer.
