groff-flavor.patch

Since 12.0-R, groff has gone from base system.
When I see GNU screen manual, I've got following message.

```
$ man screen
This manpage needs groff(1) to be rendered
First install groff(1):
pkg install groff
```

Installing groff by pkg solves this problem,
but I don't want to install X11 libraries on server machines.

So please make groff flavored without X11.
I've tried to make a patch for this and attached `groff-flavor.patch`.
Please check and see it.
