Is is stable now? 2.2.2 was always along the 2.2-STABLE track. The -STABLE designation means that the line has been well tested in production though various versions and changes that are to be made should be well tested in -CURRENT. The -STABLE branch itself is continually in development; current snapshots can be retrieved from releng22.freebsd.org. There will be a 2.2.5-RELEASE that will be based on this branch.
