I have a Sony Vaio PCG-F390 laptop with a Linksys EtherFast 10/100
Integrated PC Card. The following are the "KEY" steps that finally got the
card to work.

1) Disable plug n play in bios.
2) Delete all but NE2000 in kernel gonfig.
3) In /etc/rc.conf set pccard_enable="YES".
* Everything else as usual.
