So I'd make it: -h If the file is a symbolic link, do change its user ID and/or group ID. (Or omit the emphasis if you'd like.) I feel bad that the manual doesn't describe how the command treats files named with a trailing slash, which is rather dangerous from a security aspect, but let's leave it for another PR.
