I have ordered FreeBSD 2.2.1 on  CD-ROM.  The manual says I need to
create a boot image from the file 'atapi.flp' to install from my drive.
This boot image is not on the CD I was sent, nor is it on any of the FTP
servers.

I have a Mitsumi 4X ATAPI cd-rom.  Can anyone give me a clue?
