Yup; they're harvesting email adresses for spam.

But it gets even more pathetic, they actually bother to reply to your
mails. I got a comment on my tagline, saying something like 'we think xxx
wrote that tagline of yours, is this true' together with some (in)sensible
stuff about BSD and uppercase.
