what is the "dict" distribution?	dictionary?  dictate?
and "info" -                       	info pages?  or general info?

these don't appear in the fbsd docs ...

btw, netscape doesn't appear to be at ftp.mcom.com or whatever (docs).  i
had to wander around ftp.netscape.com to find a bsd version.
