I've gotten kdevelop (http://www.kdevelop.org/) to compile under FreeBSD (using my port) - but only after I recompiled the KDE libraries (x11/kdelibs) and the Qt 1.42 (x11-toolkits/qt142) using g++ 2.95. (I'm using gcc/g++ 2.95.2 right now, in -STABLE). Now, the question here is - is there a way I can ensure that (in the kdevelop port) the KDE and Qt libraries have been compiled with gcc 2.95? If not, it seems like we may need to add USE_NEWGCC=yes to the appropriate ports in order to support ports such as kdevelop.
