Eric,

 *   Remove etherboot until it can be cleaned up.

I need you to clean up the etherboot port quite a bit.  You may want
to try "portlint" on it if you don't know how.  It is violating pretty
much everything in the style guide I don't even know where to
start. ;)

The pkg/COMMENT being two lines was a real killer (it will literally
kill scripts that use INDEX).  Although I can fix that one trivially,
I thought it was better to defer it to you.

Also, when you add something to the SUBDIR list of the parent
Makefile, please put it in alphabetical order.
