Yeah.  I misread that line.

I just threw that stanza in since I was editing in that file.  I can
take it out if you like.

There is actually a pending pull request upstream for a more elegant
fix for riscv (which I did not notice until I was going off to write
one myself).  But it's been open for quite some time.
