That should be all since rc.network doesn't specify a path for named. This is all located in /etc/rc: PATH=/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/sbin export PATH so make sure your named is replacing the system one in order to not have to add all kinds of odd scripts.
