openapoc: port SHAR file

Hi,

my first port ever. Please do not install that port yet. Just build it. Game
will run out off "${WRKDIR}".

Requires a "X-COM: Apocalypse" ISO file that has to be put in the distfiles
folder as "xcom3.iso".

Does not build completely because it generates bus errors during the
"OpenApoc_DataExtractor" run. In order to get these files extracted you hav=
e to
manually execute:

    cd work/.build
    ninja

I don't know why it does that on my machine and how to work around that.

Nevertheless, after the manual "OpenApoc_DataExtractor" run you can execute

    ${WRKDIR}/start.sh

to run it (hopefully).

Game is not 100% complete yet but playable. Perhaps someone with more knowl=
edge
than me likes it, too, and would like to take maintainership for the port?
