Well, you're from .nl, so under the assumption that your local telco
runs the E-DSS1 switch protocol, the BISDN package, together with the
relatively cheap `Teles' boards might be relevant to you.

It is about to be integrated into 2.2-current soon, and it's also
available as a standalone package (by Hellmuth Michaelis and a few
other contributors) for 2.1R.
