The upgrade caused compatibility problems on > alpha, but obviously wasn't noticed on i386. Cool. At least FreeBSD-Native software won't have the same problem that some Linux-Native software has had. I had thought the decision was to delay the upgrade until after the 3.0 release. I'm glad I was wrong.
