You'll just need to use the "runports" command before hand, to switch to the correct base. http://wiki.pcbsd.org/index.php/PC-BSD_Users_Handbook#Switching_to_the_FreeBSD_LOCALBASE Once you do that, it should compile normally, just run "make clean" before trying again.
