In order to do so I must ask people. What on earth gives you the idea that I deserve abuse by trying to see if I can help my client? No one deserves abuse! Also, I do not set the pay scale, I convey the needs of the client to the community. If people are interested, they contact me. The job market in Eugene is very far behind those of other cities. I am faced every day with overqualified people just wanting to find a way to get into their field. There are times when I can help them do that, and that is why I love my job.
