Hi, I took a look on this page: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/faq/admin.html#TOP-MEMORY-S TATES After the dot: wired, this starts: "Pages are most often written to disk (sort of a VM sync) when they are in the 'inactive' state, but 'active' pages can also be synced also (but requires the availability of certain CPU features.)" This page contains twice the word also, the last "also" can be omitted. I am sorry to jerk about such unimportant issues. Bye, Reinoud.
