I can copy and paste from KDE (either the terminal or kedit) to
netscape fine, using either a three button mouse or a two button mouse
with "emulate 3 buttons" (simultaneous left-right).  Don't know about
applixware, or wheel mice. But I've seen that even genuine 3-button
mice can be configured to paste with simultaneous left-right clicks,
so I imagine there shouldn't be a problem with any mouse which has >=
2 buttons.
