I'm to spoiled with good relational > databases to give that up :-) MySQL is a very good database but it does have it's problems. No rollback/commit is just one of them. It also does not support "select into", triggers and stored procedures. The authors are working on "select into" but they do not see the value of triggers and don't seem to be much interested in stored procedures.
