Yes, you can.  You have a few options:
1.  Download and burn an iso image to cdrom and install with that, or
2.  Download images for two floppies and install from the internet

Either way is up to you, but keep in mind the following: FreeBSD is a
replacement operating system which does not run in any windows
environment.  Have some disk space available on a primary partition or
install it on another hard drive.  Of course, you could install it over
windows, too. :)
