	I have seen the same behaviour with postfix: it seems that
window is not used and that every packet should be acked before sending
data. Probleme went away after a reboot. I dont known what caused
problem, i use current on a laptop with ep0 and frequent suspend/resume
cycles. The only non standard thing is ipfilter.
