I use ORDB, mainly because their page is a soothing blue color. mail-abuse.org went subscription-only a few months ago. Don't try to use them or you may get false positives. I use relays.ordb.org which blocks more than mail-abuse.org did but not as much as ORBS did. inputs.orbz.org is another popular RBL.
