I am beginning to receive messages that are BASE64 encoded and
my version of elm just doesn't seem to know how to handle
the attachments. They remain encoded.

Here is an example of part of a header I get along with the
BASE64 encoding.

What do I need to do so I can view these files inside or
if easier, outside of elm?

Thank you,

John Brogan

Example of header portion:
>
> Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII; name="10_Worst_Toys_List"
> Content-Transfer-Encoding: BASE64
