We do have entity definitions for latin2 and mapping to groff. Take a look in /usr/share/sgml/transpec/*.sdata. An appropriate "degredation" for HTML will probably need to be added. Also, it doesn't appear as though the latin2 entities are included in the linuxdoc DTD; they will need to be added there or to the document prolog of the handbook. -john
