Ok so I have this old ISA modem, hardware and it worked fine in 3.x and
I'm up to 4.3 now and it shows up on sio4.

I am clueless as to ho to start dialing out from here etc... do I just
makedev something and go or is there more to it?

why can't I make it like sio2 / sio3 ?
