 Hmm... I tested unrar-iconv freshest  port and patch-iconv applied cleanly.
 I haven't any idea why Sergei Golyashov got 'out of hunk' on this patch.
 May be his ports tree is out dated or corrupted?
 
 # cd /usr/ports/archivers/unrar-iconv
 # make patch
