Thanks Brad, Jamie, and Daniel for all the great info and links!

This whole VCR Video > CD/DVD copying/editing/making is all quite new too 
me, but your help will certainly make doing it so much easier.

I'm not "hooked" any specifc format or media per se, although CD would be 
preferable, and DVD is absolutely neccessary, but i'm sure things will 
start looking a whole lot clearer after i get finished with all the 
reading i have too do now. :)

These list's ( FreeBSD) never cease to amaze me with the amount knowledge 
and information one can receive when asking questions.

Now, if you will excuse me, i have a full night of reading ahead me :-)
