Dima - I believe this, and the previous bug (PR#6102) you submitted to be examples of the 'dave rivers memorial panic.' You can find out some of the history on this by searching the mail archives - look for subjects that include "daily panic" and "dup alloc". Also, I believe there already is a PR on this...
