Because if_ieee80211.h didn't exist when I originally wrote the driver,
and nobody's bothered to update it yet? :)

Note: the if_aironet_ieee.h file actually contains structure definitions
shared between the driver and the ancontrol(8) utility. The name is
badly chosen, but it's derived from if_wavelan_ieee.h, and I chose
that name to differentiate it from the older WaveLAN legacy cards.
