That is probably the easiest. I looked at /usr/local/bin/use.perl and it 
doesn't have any symlinks for any of the pod2* files.

I linked pod2man to the port version. It will build on my machine now. 

Now I have to see why kdevelop is dying. I have kde-3.2 running by not 
installing these 2 ports.
