Howdy, Apparently users are having problems with gdm in 6-stable after the local_startup rc.d merge. The solution seems to be: Yes, you can solve this problem by changing your /usr/X11R6/etc/gdm/gdm.conf. You have to change the setting for VTAllocation: VTAllocation=true Is this the right solution?
