The program is the mutex_d test from the new pthreads implementation.
Agreed, the bug is triggered by code that's not in 5.0-RELEASE yet, but
this could be used by a malicious user to crash a multi-user system running
5.0-RELEASE to cause denial of service.

I have also privately cc'ed the KSE/pthread developers.
