No.  Have you had a math class involving "there-exists" proofs?  If I say
"There exists some number X such that X^2 is 16."  and you say "No, I don't
agree".  That means you don't think that there is an X such that X^2 is 16.
This is the same as saying that for all possibilites of X, X^2 != 16.
