Hi ...

I have the following setup

200 MHz pentium - running FreeBSD 3.0-970713-SNAP
128 MB ram
Adaptec 2940UW SCSI controll
SCSI disk WD Enterprise
HP 4020i CDR

When booting the machine the CDR is probed as worm0,
I have made a sh MAKEDEV worm0 in the /dev durectory,
but when I try to mount ANY CD in the drive it gives
me the following error ...

# mount_cd9660 /dev/worm0 /mnt
mount_cd9660: Input/output error
#

????

Any ideas .. I have compiled about 10 kernels, re-installed,
the machine changed the SCSI ID's on the CDR, changed the
sequence of the disk and the CDR etc.

When I boot with a GENERIC kernel, I AM able to mount the
/dev/cd0a and read the CD ??

Here follows the probe of the devices ...
