When I start up ftp on the target machine I get a ftp connection and login prompt from the host (a 2.0 machine), but as soon as I type anything in, the link freezes up. I can ^Z out of this and do it again and again with the same result. Telnet also hangs up. In fact, the only thing that I have tried that works is ping, which seems to work fine in both directions. This seems like something that ought to be dirt simple, what am I missing? Ron Steele rjs@clark.net
