Neither of the two (but if you really want: Dell or IBM).

Personally, I'd recommend that you build your servers your
selves, that way you know what there's in there and even more
important: you know how to fix the hardware if it breaks. Not that
easy with the proprietary crap the big vendors (especially Compaq but
IBM as well) use.
