: I beleive the author purposely left this out of vic. It would sometimes : get annoying to see people transmitting their screens over the mbone : at 128kbps (or at a higher rate) and leave for the day :-(. But... what good reason could there be for broadcast of a static image to consume incremental dynamic bandwidth?
