If they are not enforcing their TOS, it'd be interesting to see if a
counter suit was possible (especially if their TOS is a binding
document) ...

Hah. Given UUNET's past excuses (citing, if memory serves, ``technical
reasons'' for the spam not being stopped), I'd be very surprised if
they even CARE.
