I'm not familiar with cygwin; is this a program I have to purchase? I'm not really looking for workarounds - since the cd boots just fine. I'm wondering why it doesnt work, when it has before. I've relied on fdimage and the boot floppies in the past, and now I'm wondering. - click46 --------------------------------------------- click46[wp] - AIM the click46 - ICQ 43450396 webpimps.net | bsdatwork.com | nerdserve.net moderator - o/c cooling forum @ hardforum.com -----Original Message----- From: Rob Andrews To: Aaron Date: Sat, 29 Sep 2001 13:30:11 -0500 Subject: Re: fdimage refuses to work > On Sat, Sep 29, 2001 at 11:12:02AM -0700, Aaron wrote: > [ -snip- ] > > Aaron, > > I had ran into this at one point myself and decided to > use the tools built into cygwin under my nt box since > I didn't have a unix system available to use dd.. > > You might make use of cygwin on one of your systems and > use dd or something like that..
