 Hmm, yes, you're right, as long as the user uses the distfiles from the
CD everything's OK :) !

 It's just the unlikely situation when he doesn't have the CD, he has the
port archive and he tries to fetch the distfile from the network; but this
is quite unlikely -- he will have to retrieve the latest version of the
port anyway...
