Unfortunately boot2 is an extremely tricky thing to get right, with any
compiler.  Traditionally, every compiler upgrade breaks boot2 by enlarging =
it.

If you can show that disabling asynchronous unwind tables helps, we could p=
ut
in some logic for disabling it automatically with gcc >=3D 4.6.  But it wou=
ld be
nice to show it for some newer versions of gcc too, 4.6 is rather old now.
