You dram-voltage is too low, it should be 1,35v. Leave all other settings at
default, thats ridiculous.

Look into your bios, there is an meno called spd-information. Look into it =
and
use the xmp-data to set your ram manually to this settings. If your pc does=
n't
boot, adjust the frequency of the ram. Nothing else because this helps noth=
ing.

The power-settings i talked of are cpu switching frequency, power phase con=
trol
and line load calibration. You don't need to access cpu-voltage, decreasing=
 it
might help.

As i told you before, you will get it more stable but not entirely stable
because your system needs to be cooled different.

The stuff you think and talk about is from lots of intel-people who think t=
his
works like on an intel which can run at 90=C2=B0C temperatures or such craz=
y shit.
No, thats different with ryzen, you need good cooling at stock-settings and
high-end cooling for overclocking.
