Our main infrastructure is based on FreeBSD and on several servers StarOffice 5.2 is running under Linuxulator. We need now to gain access to our MySQL Server via ODBC (MyODBC) from those clients, but the Linux suite lacks in a suitable MyODBC package and compiling it for myself ended up in several probelms, so I gave up in the past. Either I needed MySQL libraries, or I need to use other libs or, when trying RPM packages, rpm 3xx from Linuxulator 6.1 base was obsolete. Can anyone help to get a running MyODBC client?
