X server present extension patch

I ran across an issue where the X server (xorg-server-1.20.14,1) would cras=
h if
I ran xeyes. This maybe only occur or tend to occur with Nvidia drivers
according to information found within
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/xserver/-/issues/1275.

My system:
- FreeBSD 12.3-STABLE
- xorg-server-1.20.14,1
- nvidia-driver-510.60.02

While the latest xorg-server has this patch, v1.20.14 does not.
I can vouch that the X server no longer crashes with the patch applied to
v1.20.14.
