Great, that's exactly what I was hoping to hear!  Do you know whether
these cleanups made it onto the 3.3 release?  It looks like they did
according to the amd.c log info from cvsweb; I rather hope so as I
recently bought the 3.3 CD set, but can download -stable if you think
that's better.

Either way will report results...
