Did you check out sendmail.org? They have a section on how to do this, it is
not the _best_
but it will get you started. :)

I've been over and over it again and back.  I've read and read and
read.  I've e-mailed the people at sendmail and have yet to recieve a
responce.  So I'm hoping someone can try to help.

What file(s) do I need to modify and what do I need to add to allow
the following:

I need to allow certain hosts/IP's to have access to RELAY to ANY
host.

I'm using the latest version of sendmail.. 8.11.1
