Assuming you are referring to *i*perf as in your subject and not jperf 
(which I've not heard of)....

It can be found in /usr/ports/benchmarks/iperf.  Do the obligatory 'make 
install clean' to install it.  Then a 'iperf --help' will provide some 
insight to its use.
